He keeps secrets better than anyone. Who knows what kind of deep, dark secrets he carries with him?
He manages to keep all secrets he's been told and found out about by keeping them 'locked' in the back of his head, temporarily forgetting about them all. This happened to his memories of his talent as well. He somehow managed to get accepted in Hope's Peak Academy, but he forgot how. Or why.
