Still human at heart, Boone holds dearly onto the values he held in his old life. Kindness, friendship, and family are what's really important. Despite his hardships he tries genuinely to be a good person even if that means isolating himself.

His bouts of melancholy and self-effacing nature made it difficult for him to come out of his shell, and his new monsterous appearance doesn't help with this at all.

HISTORY:

Up until a few years ago Boone was a simple human woodcutter living on the edge of Glazthicket, just outside Twotree village. His older brother Wilder was a monster hunter living within the village. When his brother had a run in with a vampire, Boone unwittingly became leverage in the battle and was intetionally turned by his brother's enemy.

Unsure what his transformation meant, he went to his brother for help, only for Wilder to attempt to slay him on sight.

Boone was cut nearly to ribbons by his brother, but managed to find a sympathetic healer to stitch him back together. Since that day he has isolated himself, trying to come to terms with his new identity as a vampire.
