alternate timeline version of Atom. he's a mephistophilian prince (the son of one of many kings in this hell) and his only difference from Atom is that he was born earlier in the hierarchy. he stands to be able to inherit his father's throne if he's able to push a few siblings out of the way first...
he wears inhibitor cuffs to cut off his powers. He's a chance demon, like Atom, but Eon's particular flavor is bad luck exclusively. In his normal timeline he has the key and can take them off whenever he wants, at least. he started wearing them in his early teens and never actually learned to. yknow. control his powers. so he seems to have an aura of bad luck any time he removes the inhibitors.
cocky, proud, and kind of an asshole. the jackass to atom's little shit. he has an attitude and its intentionally curated to be abrasive and better-than-you. he shelters an insecure side that will never ever be good enough and it drives him to prove himself to nobody in particular (his father? himself?)
