History
Famine was born, as Faolán Dúil, in a vault's Demihuman district, where he learned from a very young age how he was supposed to act and how to fake the same emotional responses as his peers. Though there were some concerns when he was a young child, by the age of nine-- at which point Shion Hayato came to the district looking for potential cadre trainees-- he had no difficulty acting "normal".
