- once you receive a design by me i have no control over what you do with it, how much you sell it for, etc. you're welcome to sell my designs for as much as you'd like regardless of worth as long as it's in your ownership.

- I'll never revoke a design unless it involves scamming (a chargeback, stolen character trade, etc).

- you're welcome to edit my art/the original reference (hue shift, add markings, accessories, etc.) as long as it's not a complete overhaul of the design (basically don't recolor my art into another character).

- in regards to payment plans, in the event you have to back out previous payments are nonrefundable and the design will be put back up for offers. please be sure you're able to complete full payment before committing to a plan!!
