This character has a 'free adopt' tag. If he is free, can I adopt him? If he is not free, please remove the tag.
I got him not too long ago, he's not up for free, nor is any of my other characters.
I've just been busy and haven't gotten the time to go through everyone to take off or add tags and names and everything.
