Their childhood is mainly a blur. However, Caim remembers pain, loneliness, hunger and fear. Sometimes, the feeling remains in his life.
They barely remember their parents' faces and voices, their warm hugs are sensations long gone. Caim's not so certain, but he believes his parents were space pirates murdered by the Goonies. Or maybe, it was something or someone else. Either way, nothing remained. Caim has always been alone, traveling the galaxies in search of a place to call home.
Trying to survive by themselves was no easy task, and thus Caim had no choice but become a criminal.
Caim didn't know how to write, read nor speak any language. He only needed to know commands and where to go next.
During his adolescence and young adulthood, they ended up envolved in many problematic situations. Witnessing many of their smuggler colleagues being arrested, humiliated and even killed, Caim refused to make any profound relationships.
They also became obsessed with mutations, making sure to acquire as much as he could. It happened for two reasons: to look as intimidating as possible as a way of protection, and to look more similar to his forgotten parents (if he thought one of them had whiskers, for example, Caim was quickly developing such mutation).
These rebel years allowed Caim to discount his anger at the people who doomed his life, but also put them in great danger. It was only when they almost lost their life that Caim decided to change their ways.
Floating through the galaxies once again, Caim came across a broken and abandoned spaceship, which crashed in a meteor. Caim made that place his home, slowly redecoring both the meteor and ship, accomodating the Buljins he occasionaly took care of.
As time passed by, he discovered a new hobby: the joy of creation. Caim was able to create new things out of space waste, and sell those for food and others. Slowly, happiness seemed to crawl back into their life
Of course, there was always the possibility of his past to come back to bite him. Caim knows it, and they'll be ready to confront their responsabilities. Until then... He could breathe.
