Pennywise is an Impkin that is that of a lower-status compared to the Qinguru. Pennywise loves to cause mischief among people and sometimes pick fights. When he does he typically doesn't go through with it and he runs back to Pumpernickel. Pennywise communicates by purring; he doesn't talk. Pennywise loves to ride on Pumpernickel's hat. Mostly cause he can go under the hat and eat the starry discharge that comes out of Pumpernickel's horn. Which is caused by their power being so strong it overflows. Pennywise also helps Pumpernickel detect levels of purity in their creations to figure out what is causing so much turmoil. Pennywise loves head scratches and star baths. He also has two horns that are under his hat.

Eyes: Large cat-like eyes that can see "all." These are used to detect levels of purity.
Mouth: Large Mouth and Tongue, Communicates by purring and to devour Qinguru's Energies.
Large Forarms: Used to easily maneuver and to make up for their weak lower bodies.
Two Horn: Shows the lower status.
Abilities: Can multiply and swarm. Swarm looks like the Impkin repeated, and can revert back to 1.
Hands and Feet: 3 Fingers and 2 Toes.
Stars: They co into hibernation every time they want to create a star, which forms around them and on their flesh. Basically a star marking that twinkles ever so slightly.
Other info: Purity depends on the Qinguru they feed off of. They are very Animal-like. They also don't need to feed on energy to survive.
