Lived in splatsville when he as a child with friend but then friend and her family moved to splatsville and they lost contact.
When Orca was 18 he decided to move to inkoplolis square as while he did like splatsllive, he always loved the hustle and bustle of the big city.
He ran into his childhood friend and the two have managed to reconnect since then.
Notes:
-All three of them love turf war and compete in it weekly.
-All of them are crazy gremlins though Orca tends to be more reserved then the other two. Acts differently in formal events like jobs.
-Is neo agent 3(might change this later)
-found little buddy when he was waiting to pick Casper and Friend from grizzco and took him with him.
-Is flirty with Casper (they treat it like a competition)
