Harmon daCapo

Harmon daCapo isthe younger brother. They were abandoned as small children on the streets of New Capenna and devoted all of their efforts to keeping themselves alive. Of the two, he specializes more in stealth and thievery, working fast to get what they need while Tremolo draws attention to himself. He is not a physical combatant and just runs whenever it looks like a fight is going to break out. Harmon is far more subtle and harder to notice.

They did not have names at all while living in the streets. One night in their childhood, Harmon attempted to pick the pocket of a man in a suit walking through an alley. Unfortunately he was noticed by the man's partner, who immediately grabbed at him and snarled out threats to break his arm. This triggered a rage in Tremolo, who jumped the man and immediately began scratching and biting. Harmon backed away and hid behind a crate, paralyzed with fear. He didn't want to abandon his brother, but he also knew there was no way he'd be able to help in the fight. The man's partner eventually called it off, seemingly impressed with Tremolo's fighting spirit. It was at this point where he offered to bring the brothers in to talk to The Boss.

The Boss was also pretty impressed, both with Tremolo's comparative strength and Harmon's dexterity, eventually offering to take the boys in and even offering Harmon the chance to take piano lessons. Seeing little option, they accepted, and The Boss gave them their names: Tremolo and Harmon, the daCapo brothers. Harmon was also taught how to use daggers, and carries a few on him at all times. He's still not a fighter; these are only used as a last resort if someone tries to jump him while he's alone.

Nowadays, Harmon works as a pianist backing up the singer Kitt Kanto, leaving Tremolo as an enforcer working security at the parties they performed at. Sometimes Tremolo gets called away to do something else, something that he refuses to tell Harmon about and leading the younger brother to worry about Tremolo leaving him behind. When this happens, Harmon takes up position behind Miss Kanto, hiding behind her as she takes the spotlight and all the attention, which is fine with him.

The brothers hardly talk to anyone else more than necessary, preferring to spend as much time together as possible. Harmon has learned how to appear calm and relaxed in Cabaretti-hosted parties, though sometimes he does indulge in more wine than is perhaps necessary.

The brothers are catfolk/Tabaxi patterned after snowshoe cats.
