- Usagi wished to unravel the fabric of time so she could peer into the past and future.
- She has two powers with two versions- she can either pull parts of her surroundings into stasis or speed up others. She can also observe a vision of a moment in the past the area she is in has experienced, or see briefly into the future.
- Her weapon can be one of two things- either a medieval broadsword and heavy shield, or a futuristic sword with a holographic blade.
