Heaven

Heaven is a silly and sweet guy who wants to change the world but doesn't really know where to start. He is determined to solve the missing persons cases he has been tasked with and will not give up. While he isn't on the job, he is often exploring the rules of this future where nature has merged with machine and making friends along the way - most notably Calliope, who has only left his side a handful of times since they first met.

He was sent into the future by his childhood friend TBN Scientist when she either developed a time machine or used her detective skills (bring in a third friend to divide these tasks?) & realized people were going missing because they were being taken out of their time period. Maybe she developed a time machine that could bring him back and forth. He's from the year 3008 and lives on a planet with 2 suns, or 1 real sun and 1 fake sun that absorbs half the energy from the first one because the ozone layer is patchy. Is he from the past? Or is he from 3008 and goes to various other time periods and places - different planets possibly? I want him to be from 3008.
