Nobility endures, despite the best efforts of nature, technological progress, and the collapse of civilization itself. King Victor Silenus the Seventh's reign is proof of that. His kingdom encompasses the ruins of a once-flourishing city, though how much hold he has over it is debatable.
Despite his smiles and flirtatious ways, a deep sorrow weighs down on King Victor. He wanders the untamed wilderness that borders his kingdom alone. He hopes to seek peace, but never seems to find it. Perhaps, after the tragedy that befell his kingdom, it is impossible to find.
His favorite flower is the rose. If he finds one while wandering, he'll pluck it and take it with him.
Victor is inspired by the Depeche Mode album Violator, and especially inspired by the song Enjoy the Silence. Any resemblance to royalty in other universes is as of yet unexplained.
