Death

After being created by a powerful female necromancer to help serve as a healer to dark magic creatures, the patchwork zombie found his ambitions to outgrow those of his creator. He learned powerful necromancy at a rate faster than she could regulate, and grew fearful that her creation may become one of destruction and death. Before she could neutralize him however, he caught on to her plans to put him out of commission and instead ended her life.

Taking his creator’s place in the messy, lawless underworld of Black Sea, he turned her medicine shop into something of a morgue instead. While still being one of the only trained medical professionals in the dangerous territory, he also offered several other services to the criminals who became his customers. For a price he could dispose of rotting corpses, as well as manufacture potions, materia, and other resources to help with various tasks. One of his most known hobbies however is his desire to create the perfectly resurrected being, something every necromancer strives for at one point or another in their career. For the man now known as the Doctor of Death however, it was an obsession that he dedicated much time and energy to. In this endeavor he figured out a way to capture lost souls and force them to inhabit inanimate objects, animating them to move at the spirit’s will. He would design wooden mannequins of different sorts to stuff spirits into, observing the different outcomes to the experiments.
