Bao's a protagonist from an early 2000s romcom. One day... she had it all. The guy, the job, the flat, the whole works. Then the next her company got bought out and she lost everything. This is her downward spiral.
After she broke up with her ex she moved back in with her mom (and stepmom, who she doesn't know. They eloped on a themed cruise a couple of months ago.) She's struggling.
She's based on a sea sheep and an oarfish!
