STORY
He comes from an upper class, mixed race family. Following whatever interested him was of no issue. He quickly learned that he enjoyed being in charge of people, of manipulating them for his gain and amusement, and threw himself into study of medicine, viruses in particular.
When bio-organic creations started becoming a real thing, he was right there and the forefront.

Met in the military and burned hard and fast for each other. Lance was a rather toxic individual which Felix took advantage of to twist further, becoming a horrible power couple. Then Lance had enough, they broke up, went their seperate ways. Until years later, they meet again, only this time Felix has all the power to do whatever he wants to his ruinited lover.
