Power: Lahore Pigeon. This person's power gives them the abilities of a lahore pigeon! Including feathers instead of hair, wings allowing flight, as well as clawed fingers and feet. Around their ankle they have the same feathers as a lahore pigeon. Tends to wear shoes and pants, as the feathers can drag in dirt. They are capable of high speed flight over long distance. A very shy and friendly person, they are mildmannered and speaks in a soft voice.
Shigeru (悠人) apparently means "distant, leisurely person"
