Dulcie is a compassionate and excitable magical girl. She is a very organized person and can multitask to get a lot accomplished in a short amount of time. A side effect of being so organized is that she can keep track of dates. If a friend of hers has a birthday, she will acknowledge it...even if just in a small verbal exchange.
She's a bit of a cheeseball-- she keeps scrapbooks and loves to celebrate little known holidays when they occur. Dulcie loves heartwarming movies about love (and not necessarily romantic love-- platonic and familial as well.) And when she has a day off at home you can expect her to be cuddled up on the couch watching one of these. (The irony of the fact that she's such a cheeseball and her month has Valentine's Day in it is not lost on her. In fact it's one of her favorite jokes.)

As the Hero of February, Dulcie has the ability to generate crystals from the ground and in the air around her. (The crystal shards that form in the air she can direct on a path...like an archer shooting an arrow. So Cupid )
