Playful and cunning, Ruki is an opportunist, though it is difficult to take him seriously. The reason? He's only 4'11". Yeah he's short, really short and is often mistaken as a child even though he's actually a young adult (early twenties).

He was also a very famous sand pirate till a brother-in-arms who was close to him betrayed him; leaving Ruki without his ship, his crew, and his reputation.
