- my designs can be sold at whatever price is deemed fair but if they are originally a closed species they must adhere to that species' selling/trading TOS
- i do not allow for my designs to be transferred into closed species without permission! you can absolutely turn them into one-offs if they are a closed species, however. But if you want to transfer my design into a closed species you need to ask me first!
- if you make multiple forms (closed species, forms, etc. )of a design of mine I ask that you keep them together
- i retain the right to use designs I make as examples to show future commissioners
