Cacklepaw
[characteristic], [nature]. A Shadow Lugia who was born as a lab experiment created by people who sought to recreate the infamous XD-001 themselves. While she was originally quiet and obedient, years of the scientists' treatment lead her to become as cruel and vindictive as her nature as a Shadow Pokemon wanted.
Cacklefeather is selfish, feeling nothing for others no matter how much she's "supposed" to. She thinks of non-Shadow Pokemon as weaker, as they're often bogged down for their feelings towards each other. Shadow Pokemon who don't have the same heartlessness earn a similar ire from her, and she'll often bring them into her "clan" so she can fix them.

An unnaturally tiny Lugia with a dark purple coat and bright red eyes. It has a lighter purple patch on its belly, darker purple patches on its arms/wings, and light purple spines along its back.
The patches on its arms always glow somewhat, though Cacklefeather can make them glow brighter at will. Its tail and feet end in a similar shade of purple that doesn't glow.

Born in twolegs owned labs, XD-004 fled when it was still young, joining Roseliclan as Cacklepaw, and played the waiting game. On the evening of its warrior ceremony years later, where it was named Cacklefeather, it attacked Cherrystar in an attempt to usurp her place as Clan leader.
Its clanmates, shocked, battled back the Lugia. Cherrystar banished it, and it fled, injured, out into the meadow. It now leads a group of fellow rogue Shadow Pokemon, unofficially nicknamed Habanclan.
- NOMENCLATURE
- Prefix — Cackle. Named after the way it laughs.
- Suffix — Feather. Named for its ambition to "fly high".
