thea was once a princess of one of the great kingdoms of mice. in her culture, mice have arranged marriages at a very young age. her older sister mavis was due to inherit the throne and become queen mouse because of their aging parents. mavis became engaged to a duke mouse, who was a family friend already had good relations with the royal family. thea decided she didnt want a life that was out of her control, she wanted anything else. so, by her impulsive nature, she ran away. thea is a very good survivalist and she is naturally connected to nature. and she wasnt scared, but excited to what she will make of her new free life. the police were probably searching for her, though, and she has nowhere to hide if they find her. she stumbles across a house in a crevice of a tree stump. she wonders what kind of mouse would also live out here. she knocks on the door and a .......a HUMAN!?!?! a mouse sized human answers the door! this is orlock the magnificent (though he isnt very magnificent, he shrank himself to mouse size but cant figure out how to magic himself back to normal size) who becomes her Magic Mentor. thea surpasses him in magic ability exponentially and she is now a true explorer, she never settles down in one place because she is so excited to see where she can go next. (she visits orlock sometimes though!)
