A creature from outer space that can cross into different timelines, similar to The Dark Lord. It follows them around trying to stop their nefarious plans, primarily by bestowing powers on people and making them magical girls. Because of the sheer number of magical girls it deals with, it doesn't stick around after granting powers: it explains what's going on and then leaves. Despite this, it's been following Cecilia around and aiding her in her quest. It has a rather sleepy disposition: it likes taking frequent naps.
