  Straight-forward, fond of concrete facts, attentive to details. Information is power to 'er. Resourceful, works with whatever 'e has at hand, here and now. Consistent, systematic, but flexible. Takes initiative and gets things done, even if it requires stepping on some toes

  Likes the power and control that's earned through effort; the struggle is more interesting than the result. A big idea person, but sometimes those big ideas get too big to be realized; takes full responsibility for 'er failures though. Would rather act quickly and decisively, is sometimes annoyed that rules or existing plans cause 'er to miss a great opportunity; critical of bureaucracy

  Quite a spokesman, can easily overpower people with rants alone: either persuades or completely verbally owns them. Speaks openly, bluntly, matter-of-fact, has a great way with words. Cannot be embarrassed, but will embarrass anyone

  Understands people well, knows what compels them. Generally well-meaning and wants to look competent, generous and benevolent. Not the best person to turn to for emotional support, but can easily give tough love and shake someone back to reality and action. Sees dependance as a weakness and rarely gives a chance to people to comfort or pity 'er either
