Don't you get it yet? There's no escaping Swan.
Yet another aspiring musician caught in the web Death Records has spun across the music world. Crow is under contract as Swan's head sound engineer, and was the one who cobbled together the modulated voice box for the Phantom.
Their interest in music is lifelong, but rather than take up any traditional instruments, their interest was instead drawn towards a burgeoning new technology: the synthesizer. It was the building of their own polyphonic synth, nicknamed the Morrighan, that caught Swan's attention and put Crow in his crosshairs.
PERSONALITY
Crow is not a people person, which makes them stand out like a sore thumb among a culture of parties, drugs, and chaos. They prefer to keep to themselves, holing up in the studio or hiding away on the rooftop.
HOME
Crow more or less lives in the paradise, working in Swan's studio to improve backing tracks, plan shows, and adapt to whatever bullshit Death Records is putting out next

Winslow Leach
Crow met the Phantom when they were tasked with creating and tuning his modulated voice box--but it was not the first time they had met Winslow Leach. No, the first time had been at The Majestic, after they'd suffered a night of engineering the juicy fruits for another show. that was the night they heard Faust--the real Faust, before Swan had stolen it for his own gain, before Winslow was brutalized and framed.
They still remember that song and the man who dragged a piano into a near empty club to sing it, even if they barely recognized him now. They hope he's somewhere still in there, underneath the rage--even if they find themselves jealous of it. They wish they were brave enough to help him.
SWAN
The chain around Crow's neck, pulled taut. Swan got his claws in them young, after hearing about the young music prodigy that had built their own synthesizer at just 17 years old. They were stupid enough to sign his contract, and ever since, their soul and talent has been his to play with.
There is no understating the hatred Crow feels for him--or the fear that keeps them leashed. He holds not only their contract above their head, but their gender identity as well, often threatening to out them to the entire music world. So they do what they're told; they mix his songs, support his bands, and even entertain his advances. No matter how sick it makes them.
