Commission TOS:
Will Draw:
• Original Characters (OCs) - Please provide a reference of them
• Fanart / Canon Characters - Let me know the series their from
• Different types Relationship - Romantic, Platonic, Familiar, OC x OC, OC x Canon, Canon x Canon, etc
** I'm fine with most pairings, if I have any issues with a ship l'II let you know (Platonic pairings are always fine)
• SFW
• Lined Sketches - Prices vary
Will Not Draw:
• Hateful / Political / Harmful / Etc
• Complex Backgrounds
• Below Waist Nudity / Sexual Themes / NSFW
• GIF's / Animations / Animatics
• Machinery / Mecha - Basic's are ok
• Spiders - Other insects and such are mostly ok
• Digital (Unless offered first)
• Fetish Art
• Anything I'm uncomfortable drawing
** Feel free to ask, but please respect if I decline a commission because I'm uncomfortable drawing it <3
Depends:
• Animals / Furries - Best with cats
• Simple Backgrounds - Plain, simple decals, sparkles, hearts, etc (Prices vary)
** If you'd like a specific scenery provide examples or you can reference previous backgrounds I've done before
• Above Waist Nudity
• Props
• Gore / Body Horror / Blood / Bruises / ETC - Still Learning

Art:
•You're welcome to do most things with art I've drawn for you
- Do not use my art commercially / for monetary gain (Personal use only)
- Do not use my art for hateful / political / harmful / Etc purposes
- Only repost if the piece was drawn for you or if you have permission from the commissioner / Current owner of the piece
- Unless requested otherwise by my client, I am allowed to post the finished piece to my other socials crediting back to the commissioner or character owner
- Ensure to credit me appropriately when reposting. My socials are down the bottom of this page
- Don't remove my signature
- Do not edit my art without permission
• Payment
- Paypal or Ko-fi Only
- My country does not accept cash app
- USD only
- Payment can either be made up front, after the sketch or upon completion however you will only receive the file once full payment has been made.
• Cancelation / Refunds
- Cancelation is free before I begin
- If the sketch has been approved then you must pay at least the sketch pricing (Sketch / Line art is included here)
- If the piece has been completed, please pay the full price.
- If you desire to cancel please let me know ASAP! (You can see progress reports here)

- I will show you the sketch for approval and then the coloured version. If you desire to see the line art let me know at the sketch stage
- During the sketch stage is the stage to make changes, once coloured/lined only small edits are ok and may come with an additional fee
• General
- All art will be done traditionally which does mean only minor adjustments and changes can be made after the sketch page. I can use basic photo shop skills though any major changes will cost an additional fee
- I do not send out physical copies of commissions, so you will receive a digital copy only. You are welcome to print it out yourself for personal use.
- Commissions should take approximately 1-4 weeks to complete. I'lI let you know if there's any changes to that time frame.
- If you put ' **Example** ' in your commission info, I can show you a recent example if I have one of the character your commissioning me to draw so you can see how I usually draw/colour them. For example drawing the Bakura's (YGO) with freckles, Mako (YGO) with his tattoo or Rishid (GO) with purple hair, etc. This is in case there's anything you'd rather me change
- Overly complex designs may have an additional fee
- Realise some things may be simplified in my Style 2, Beans, Potatoes and Mini's. For Style 2 you're welcome to ask me to define these features more feel free to ask (such as drawing proper chains instead of balls for Style 2)
- Discounts for people who commission me to draw Yami Bakura or my own oc's (write whale in your commission enquiry to apply the discount)
- Larger discounts for Devilfishship commissions (Yami Bakura x Mako Tsunami) (write whale in your commission enquiry to apply the discount)
- If you have any pose references you would like me to use, you can send them my way.
- Let me know if I can post the finished piece to my socials
TOS for my characters:

Greetings one and all to my Characters page and TOS!
• No NSFW/full body nudity of my characters please.
- Any character of mine who looks under age regardless of their age should be treated as underage.
- Above waist nudity is ok for over age characters, uncensored below waist nudity is never ok
• Gore/Body Horror is ok sometimes (Just depends on the character).
- Basic blood/Bruising is ok most of the time
- Hard core Gore/Body Horror ask first
- Any off my characters who are a baby is a massive NO to Gore
- Candy gore is ok (babies excluded still)
• Do not change the ages of my characters unless I say it's fine
- Atlas and Mika are excluded from this rule
- Mostly just don't age up my beans
• Fan art of my characters
- I'm always happy for you to draw my beans, but please ensure to read their profiles for any specific design notes, it'll be under a heading design notes or random facts on their profile, alternatively feel free to check if they have a reference or design notes tab
- This is just to note any specific things to include when drawing them, Eg. Clothes, Scars, Markings, Non-verbal or not, etc
- Please don't change my characters designs, this includes: Body types, Ages, Skin Colour, Scarring, etc
- If you draw one of my characters, feel free to post it anywhere you please just credit them back to me, all links to do so are at the bottom of this page <3
- NO hateful / Discriminatory content
- Unless explicitly stated on their profile that they're together please ask about creating ship art of my characters, your welcome to ask if your unsure if a relationship is romantic or platonic
- All characters on my account are free game to draw besides the four in 'contract' ** Please do not draw these four **
• If you own a design by me. I don't mind what you do with it, just general, no hateful/harmful content and credit me.
- The main rule is if you decide to sell the design just to let me know cause I may try to buy it back and let me know the new owner
• Commissions / Gift Art / Art Trades
- If I draw for you, your welcome to do whatever with the artwork except use it commercially/for monetarily gain - Personal use only (adding worth to a character is fine as long as you paid cash for the artwork)
- Please credit me when reposting (my socials are down the bottom of this page)
- Don't remove my signature
• Questions about my OC’s are always welcome! Though I may be vague in my answer if the real answer goes into spoiler territory. But I love questions so feel free to ask me anything! Questions unrelated to characters or their worlds can be asked through DM or on my home page!
• Otherwise just please be nice and patient with me! Currently all my characters are forever homed! I have a lot more lore about them then I post online.
• And lastly, please do not copy, trace, repost, use or heavily reference my art and/or designs/characters without permission.
- (This goes for any Art/Designs done by others on my characters profiles as well).
