Manages the job distributions to the other angels. On rare occasions he will take a job on himself but only if he sees it as a multidimensional issue. 

Hates demons with all his being but doesn't let it cloud his judgement when carrying out orders from superiors.

Has forms for any universe, however they aren't as good as most of the other angel's because he doesn't see the point in expending more magical power than necessary on "lesser forms"
