Shrew (Prince Sorex)

Also known as Prince Sorex, Shrew is the point-of-view character for this story. The illegitimate son of the current ruling monarch of Elaria, Shrew grew up as an orphan living in an rural, ruined village. He is an emotionally intelligent cat who cares deeply for those he knew as a youth, despite having moved away to live in the palace once his father fetched for him.
