Wish has always had a habit of visiting yard sales and flea markets looking for trinkets and toys for her own kids as well as my own. While at one of the larger weekend flea market wish started talking to one of the stall owner a small mouse by the name of Rocqua. Rocqua dealt in all kinds of oddities and trinkets and he and wish had become great friends. Wish could tell something was boathing Rocqu this time. Is there something wrong racqu? Wish asks. The mouse looks up at her his ear flickering. Nothing important really. Just trying to figure out how I’ll be able to sell something.” Wish huffs you could sell a penguin a tuxedo.”

“you think so yhea but this is something different. Might I ask to see it? Wish asks she has never seen Racqua resident to try and sell something.

“sure it’s in the back of the wagon it’s a bit to big for me to easily bring it out.” This only make wish more interested.

 

As Rocqua open the back of his wagon wish saw the problem immediately only one thing sat in the far back of the wagon. An absolutely monstrous stuff animal. It is of a strange six limb creature with black skin and yellow tuffs of fur. “it is certainly a large toy.”

“it is to large to even try to get out and sit as long as how I acquired it Rocqua says.

“how did you acquire it?”

“an estate sell of an old wizards keep. I was told there is magic on it but no one I take it can tell me what kind. I don’t like selling things I don’t know what they are.” Wish nods looking at the doll.

“I could take them wish says I mean how evil can a plush be? I’m sure it is nothing trick can’t handle. How much do you want for it?” Racqua looks at wish with a small smile. “you know something I think I’ll give you it for free. The other things I got have already payed for the lot.”

“really?” wish says

“yhea. If you figure out what spell is on it would you mind telling me?”

“certainly.” Wish says.

 

Sage was more then ecstatic when wish brought back such a large stuff animal I on the other hand was a bit more hesitant when wish told me Racqua story. “do you trust Racqua?”

“he would never endanger his customer wish says with clear determination.”

Sage has clambered all over the large doll ending up sitting on it’s back.

I walk over to the doll eyeing the heart shaped on it’s chest as I reach a paw out a spark shoots form my hand as I feel a charm break. Suddenly the doll in hales sage yield tumbling off the dolls back as it shifts.

I stand my ground as wish backs up behind me. The doll turns it’s head towards me it’s eyes still closed.

“where….where am i?” it asks in a quiet voice.

“your safe.” I remark sensing a confused mind in the doll.

“who who are you?”

“my name is Trick what is yours?”

“bebee.” The doll replies” what what happen was I sleeping?”

I take a moment to look back at the spell I broke and seem to relax.

“your where sleeping dear but I woke you up. Your safe. You had a very caring friend.”

Bebee looks at me confused. He he said he had to go away. But he said I would be safe. He would find me a new home.” Bebee suddenly looks down as sage hugs her leg. “hello…hello little one.”

“your soft I like you sage says with large eyes are you here to stay?”

Bebee looks at me confused yes yes they are sage welcome to your new home bebee.”

Wish looks at me and I shake my head.

Bebee lowers to her hunches as sage climbs back on her back hugging her neck. You softs I like you.”

I like you to little one Bebee says. Nosing sage. Sage giggles. She looks back at me this is my home now?”

“if you want it to be Bebee. Wish can always use another hand keeping track of the little ones.”

Bebee shift slightly I I would like to stay….i feel safe here.” I smile softly

“welcome to the family.”
