Sovereign "Splotch"

new character for fibs story! they are genderfluid, they are a borzoi. they are INformally called (sovereign) splotch, also informally called vincent, formally and legally his name is andy, and EXTRA informally you can call her lord foog. kind of weird, neurotic, try hard. attempts to be normal make her come off as pretty strange, especially because it will often try and imitate whatever it sees (and it can be annoying when it mimics you), and tries to hide or dismiss a rather dark side where it can be snide and selfish. he is a white borzoi, and paints on his markings every day, depending on the occassion. usually prefers pastels and intricate "fun" patterns in day to day life, but easily dons monochrome professional clean patterns for royal events... some sort of sinus issue from their massive snoot has left them with a little stitched scar (and frequent nose bleeds), that they use and pretend makes them cursed or magically touched like many others in [fibs world]. however this is pure fabrication
