If you want a large amount of control of the design, that'd be an extra $5. By large amount I mean you basically describe the entire design. Saying "I want a raichu/turtwig fusion with raichu as the base but I don't want raichu's eyes" does not qualify for the extra fee.
I can do 2 or 3 pokemon in the fusion, and I can also do a fusion with other creatures from other properties or real life animals as well!
