Nicky is a strange suit. For one, she's in Toontown despite not working for C.O.G.S Inc. Her reasons for being there aren't that good either.

Nicky wants the Wall Street fame more than anything. The Toontown grant aquisition has been going on forever, imagine if SHE finished it off. And she's found out something else to help her! One poor, isolated bunny-rabbit has trusted her with the knowledge that the most renowned toon is hiding at her circus, away from the eyes of the public.
