Apple was put up for adoption at birth, and was adopted by Kofi and Mia when she was very young. She can't remember her biological parents at all.
From a young age, Apple was always spoiled. She got what she wanted from her two parents, one of which was a rich girl. They were also very protective of her and would say stand up for her if someone was doing something to her. Due to this she didn't have a lot of hardships growing up.
Apple spent her childhood collecting friends, going to school, and learning various methods of self defense from her mother. Her father also taught her how to cook in her spare time.
Once Apple was old enough that she wouldn't be hurt, Mia taught her physical self defense lessons (such as fighting), and how to kill people if necessary. Like mother, like daughter, the two of them bonded heavily over this, as Apple developed a fascination with death that Kofi's career could never give her.
She killed her first person in high school, mostly to prove to herself that she could.
After graduating high school she began to go to college to pursue an agricultural degree, as she wanted to settle down on a farm. Meanwhile, she got a job as an underground assassin, where she started to kill people for money. She met her girlfriend here, who was also an undergraduate and an assassin; Candy was majoring in a marketing industry. They bought land together and, now recently graduated, have started to cultivate their farm between work.
