Nervous, loyal, and curious. Fell is a a dnd character whose backstory transferred exceptionally well to the Dark Urge storyline. In his canon, he was used as a speaker/avatar for Bhaal while his sibling Fiora was the Chosen. He has a long history of trying to resist his father’s commands and urges and tried to flee shortly before Orin’s takeover. He sought refuge in the shadow lands where he was found by Vosk, a brass dragon who brought him to their home in the Shadowfell where the two quickly fall in love.

Unfortunately, Fell is found and captured through the combined efforts of Fiora and Orin. Vosk immediately tries to come to his rescue and is taken prisoner in humanoid form and brought to Baldur’s Gate. Orin uses the chaos of Fell’s capture as an opportunity to overthrow Fiora, leaving both siblings in the hands of Kressa Bonedaughter.

Fell is not freed on the nautiloid, but makes it out during the ensuing crash and follows behind Fiora’s group for several days before eventually joining up with the rest of the party. The two quickly find solidarity in their experiences and grow close while trying to recover their memories and figure out what the hell is going on.

Eventually they get a handle on things and start getting enough information to know they need to return to the city, at which point they run into Omen, Fell’s chosen sibling who sighs and pulls out a handmade ‘Guide to Fell’ complaining about his repeated stints of amnesia. Fells gets more or less caught up on his situation and sets to finding and freeing Vosk, who he does not remember but is eager to find out what the deal was with this dragon he supposedly knew.

Vosk is eventually freed and there is a very happy reunion at which time they inform Fell that the two of them were very much together and that they aren’t going to leave his side again.

Fell stays behind when Fiora goes to confront Orin, concerned what role he might play in their father’s show if he were to be there. Unfortunately, this isn’t enough to keep him behind as Bhaal simply takes control of Fell and goes to watch the carnage unfold. Fell is swiftly killed so that Bhaal can speak to Fiora through his blood, only to pull that same blood from Fiora’s body. The two are resurrected by Withers and head out to complete the task of destroying the Netherbrain. Everyone lives more or less happily ever after.
