O. terms of use

✎ any form of art that i make whether it be an adopt or a commission will be able to be used as art examples for my services.

✎ when posting my art that you commissioned or an adopt that you bought from me, you must credit me with a link to one of my sns profiles. links in bio.

✎ when selling/trading any of my adopts you must tell me when doing so.

✎ i now only offer services to those who have a th !

✎ failure to meet these conditions will result in a strike or being blacklisted.

adopts

i. reselling

✎ after purchasing my adopts, you must wait at least one week before reselling/trading them. before you resell/trade the adopt, you must ask for permission before putting up the adopt for sale/trade. this goes for th purges as well.

✎ when reselling adopts purchased with currency, you are prohibited from pricing them at a higher price than you have purchased them for. the only exception is if you have extra art that you have commissioned or made.

✎ free adopts such as dta, wta, nta, etc will not be available for resell. only trade or gifting allowed !

✎ feel free to regift any ocs from me, whether it be a free adopt or something you bought.

ii. post-transaction

✎ you are allowed to make minor changes to the character after the transaction has been completed.

✎ you are not to use my designs for harmful usage such as spreading hateful messages and other such cruel acts.

iii. offering/bidding

✎ when offering or bidding, please add the password somewhere within your offer to show that you have read and understood my T.O.S. the pw is (your total number of days on caa) - (your current level on caa)

✎ if you need to back out of a bid or offer, please do say so rather than deleting your bid. deleting bids will be a warning !! three warnings and you will be blacklisted.

✎  i will do 24-hour holds for adopts, but if you are unable to pay during the time provided, then the adopt will be up for sale for others. if you fail to respond within this period then you will receive a strike unless you have a valid excuse.

✎ please do not pay until i ask you to! this is to make sure that both the customer and the seller do not waste any more time/resources than necessary.

✎ if i transfer my design to you on toyhouse,please don't not set it on private. i would like to keep track of my designs. however if there is a valid reason for you to private my design,just send me a quick pm with your reasons, and i will understand, don't be afraid to ask!

✎ if you do not pay within the first 48 hours after winning a bid, the adopt will go back up for sale. if i accept your offer please pay right away ! if you offered art then lmk the approximate wait time. if you fail to respond within this period then you will receive a strike unless you have a valid excuse.

commissions

i. terms of use

✎ you are able to use the artwork you've commissioned in any way you want, except for commercial purposes. however, you are not permitted to claim my artwork as your own.

✎ you are not to use my art for harmful usage such as spreading hateful messages and other such cruel acts.

✎ when commissioning me, i will retain the rights to post your commissioned art for promoting sales of commissions. when i do use your commissioned artwork, the commissioner and owner of the commissioned character will be credited.

✎ when offering or bidding, please add the password somewhere within your offer to show that you have read and understood my T.O.S. the pw is mentioned above.

people who have gotten strikes for violating t.o.s. ! allowed to bid/offer/own my designs/art but would rather avoid doing business with them again :(

asked for refund after i showed them the lined version. they asked for the refund right before i was going to show then the final product so that made me sad :(

placed ab on an adopt but failed to pay within 48 hrs despite four warnings and being online :]] may be a notification error but idk it seems like they're just ghosting 🧟🧟 just a general reminder to everyone if you can't pay up just lmk and that is completely fine !! but if it's repeated behavior or you just straight up ghost me that's a strike or a blacklist 😵😵

black list

people who have severely violated my t.o.s. or have accumulated 3 strikes ! they cannot bid/offer on my designs/art after being blacklisted and i would prefer that they do not own my designs/art. people on this list can try to redeem themselves ! but overall i prefer to not interact with them again :(
