Jester (not his real name) is a silly guy who always wanted to be a proper jester or entertainer of some kind, so just dresses like one all the time for the fun of it. Even though he's not always the best at tricks, he does what he can with his resources and he's good at being talkative and mostly pretty entertaining. He can be quite the troublemaker at times, and does get into places he's not supposed to be often.
