Lumine is a citizen of Chronos, and one of the few werecats inhabiting his side of town. He suddenly appeared one day, defending Haru from a bunch of bullies who made fun of the lone werecat, and has since then stuck around. No one knows where he came from, nor if he has any family. When asked, he'll simply brush it off. He isn't shy to beat anyone up who dares comment on his appearance, and has earned himself a name among the weredogs ruling the town.
