Zoeiro

Zoeiro - taken from Zoei, an onomatopoeia for electrical buzzing, and the male form of Zoeira, meaning to joke/mock or make noise.

The lights on his chest are usually blue, but will turn red when alert or enraged. Though mechanical, his ears will droop forward when he's defeated or depressed. His lower legs (ankle to foot) are a bendable metal similar to prosthetic running legs, allowing him to emulate natural walking and running better. Zoeiro can speak! He has speakers installed around the base of his neck. This makes wearing clothes an unexpectedly irritating process; his voice is almost always muffled to some degree or another. Even so, he refuses not to wear a work suit to every occasion, minus lazy weekends when he's feeling all kinds of burnt out. Zoeiro is an Artificial Intelligence installed into the body he occupies - while he's made to have a vaguely anthropomorphic body structure, his processers and internal storage are all located inside complex machinery housed within his chest. While damage to his head renders him blind (undercut by the fact that he can still see through other security cameras), a decisive blow to the chest could prove to be the machine equivalent of fatal.

In charge of security for a notorious company, able to wirelessly connect to all the cameras in the building's network and review footage in real time - spacing out as he does so. Zoeiro takes his job very seriously and can come across as intimidating in the process, but he's a pretty big dork who just doesn't know how to approach others. Don't pull any robot jokes on him though; he will unironically make your life a living hell... for the next week or so.
