Seraphina is one of many who died and was revived by the gods to fight their settlement's corrupt government. She works as the leader of The Fallen, a group of idealists who believe that if they unite the settlement's districts, they will be able to overthrow corrupted officials.

Sera seems like an unlikely leader at first, considering her reclusive nature. She spends all of her time cooped up in an office and gets incredibly nervous around others. However, her skills in leadership come from her ability to organize people and deal with issues with a cool head. All members report directly to her, and she uses the information they give her to plan their next steps.
