Snowflake and her husband Flannel live in an eccentric small town with her daughter, Ace. While Flannel is grumpy and pessimistic, Snowflake is vivacious, cheerful, and spontaneous. Essentially they have Hallmark movie, Grumpy x Sunshine vibes. (Unlike their inspirations, though, they've been married since Ace was just a little kid!)

Snowflake loves hot cocoa, watching movies with her family, road trips, and- of course- snow!
