gaytan is a hotheaded character, that act selflessly without remorse for himself.
he likes danger and the adrenaline that dangerous situation provide him, despite how it worries his friends. he is impulsive, kinda arrogant, and hate to admit his fault (on the surface). he cares a lot for his friend and for his twin brother gael. family means the world to him, even if thats not the case for them.
Gaytan lives in a family kinda large. him and his twin brother are the closest, but they have a big brother and two youngest. if gaytan is considered to be a guy who likes to fight and is impulsive,it was nothing like that at the time. in his childhood, he was very protective of his twin brother, being told to be careful with him. but his parents started treating his win brother differently, because of his needs, gaytan was push back a little, until the birth of their little brother. since that, gaytan never existed to the eyes of his parents. kinda edgy and angry at this, he discovered few advantages, his parents never noticing anything about him. becoming distant with his family, he started going out late and doing wathever he wanted, not caring about if he would be injured of not. this routines dured for many years, to ignore his family and go with sometimes not recomended people. until gael, his twin brother, finaly comfronted him. gael never wanted them to be separated and gaytan to be angry. and gael was even more upset about how gaytan was putting himself in danger sometimes and not caring about himself. thats when the twins started to finally hang out again, and gael became the consequences if gaytan did something careless. at the time, gaytan met stash, and was introduced to the friend group, and he and his brother where accepted, gael being a little bit more hesitant and shy, but now they are both included and happy. .
gaytan is considered impulsive and "always angry" by outside eye. but in reality, he is very protective. of friend, family, his brother. sure, even if he is a little bit tamed since gael haved that talk with him, he still like to do reckless things. but in reality, even if it looked like he dosent care about anything but the adrenaline, he cares a lot more. even if he kept saying how he dosent cared how he was treated, his childhood neglect haved affected him crazy bad. he dosent care about himself since he dosent think he is enough to be loved. but he dosent want to be enough for people. in a strange way, he want any kind of attention, even if its bad. even if its insults. even if its fear from other. if hurting people he doesnt care can make him be seen, even if its by a disapointed look from his parents, then he is doing it. gaytan hates himself, because he prefer to protect people other than hurting them, but he gave up that part just to have attention, and for people to finally really look at him.
have five tentacles instead of a right hand. his right wrist is never shown. (mostly because i dont know how to draw his right wrist, but that can be for more darker things i guess)
he has a sort of pointy nose ? its been broken so its kinda sideways now.
he dosent know how to really take care of himself, despite being cocky about his "independancy".
he have two sort of dark marks on his cheek. since his birth. the point of his ears can be of the same color when feelings strong zmotion, thats how we can see him feel adrenaline lmao.
his world best friend and brother, gael is very important for gaytan. even if their friendship was kinda a disaster after a golden childhood, gaytan still cares about him, and now do his best to be there for him, gael doing the same.
stash is a good friend of gaytan, being there for him more than gaytan own big brother. gaytan admired him and wish to be as cool as stash is. stash helped him in his lower moment, and gaytan absolutly want to do the same thing for stash.
ston was, an asshole when he arrived in the friend group. being friend with stash too and looking way to similar like him, gaytan HATED him at the start. he feared he wa sbeing replaced. after a while, he warmed up to him, moslty thanks to gael. and he discover, now that ston was less, edgy and wanting to hate everyone, that being similar is very good. they are best bud, and are two chaotic shit together. (they date in the future, but it was HELLA unhealthy)
maud is a good friend of gaytan, even if they dont speak often. gaytan kinda see her like a mother/older sister figure ? because of his problems he cant stop looking at her like that, since she started to care about him after one time when he was really hurt. they trauma bond a lot.
