Merlotta is true to her sign, a woman who knows no middle ground.  Everything she puts herself in, she puts all of herself in.  She feels deep, her devotion is deep, her determination, she is a deep deep Pakkeli.

Merlotta's life dream is to put Mizuxe on the map for shipping out some of the best "wine" known to Kotiin.  She has a refined palette that she uses to pair only the best fruits to make exquisite intoxicating drinks, and even match them to some of the meals enjoyed by various other pakkeli!

For now, it is but a dream to this ripe Pakkeli, but she believes you are never too old to pursue a dream, and she still has many years before reaching elderhood anyway.

Her current project is an alcoholic beverage that she has chosen to name "Merlot".  She plans on making it the signature drink of the vineyard.  She would also like to make a white or blue variant and name it after her wife.
