One of the three beings that have lived in the realm the longest. Once a half skeleton, cursed in an altercation with a creature of skulk and chaos. Fable was finally freed from this curse. However, she now faces a new problem. Her memories seem to become blurry right after she was attacked and cursed. She knows the names and faces of those she met, but cannot feel the way she once did.
Fable was born in the Fae realm, a place unknown to any nonfae entities. She was born to a healing fairy and a bone fairy, and given the name "Toothfae". She was never a well-socialized child, often keeping to herself. She embraced a more wild and chaotic side of the Fae than most present day people do. After years of being an outcast who was more beast than bone, Toothfae was sent out to worlds beyond.
Aboard her ship the Silkwyrm, Toothfae became a pirate who made her presence known in almost every realm she traveled to. Unfortunately, after one incredibly harsh storm, her ship was wrecked on a faraway shore. She had no choice but to set foot to find a place to settle. After walking many miles, over mountain after mountain, she finally found sanctuary in a castle. Will and Robyn, the castle keepers, gave Toothfae shelter in their dungeon, and the three eventually became friends. Toothfae became a jester for the court, telling her stories and travels to anyone who would listen.
All was well until the incident. While searching for aid from a race of magical cretures called "The Gnomes", Toothfae was attacked by a weakened version of a powerful entitiy known as "Ozymandias". This creature cursed and warpped her brain and body to be half of what it once was. Confused and delirious he was able to convince Toothfae he was an ally she could trust. Her thoughts being warrped and shifted into somone she was not before.
A very long time would pass before this curse was reeleased. Such a long time that no one would know "Toothfae" before she was cursed. She was a tricky and almost derranged individual, but everyone seemed to like her regardless. Even adopting a lost Moth-Fae child, and becoming platonically married to a sorceress. When her curse was lifted she felt strange. For the first time her head was clear, there was no pounding, there was no skulk, there was no delerium, it was silent. Everything seemed to be okay after that.
Until "Toothfae" started to realize somthing. The person who was cursed at some point was no longer her. "Toothfae" was the name of the person who became a cursed half-sleleton. "Toothfae" was the name of the person who made friends and loved ones, "Toothfae" was the name of someone who those loved ones wanted back. "Toothfae" was no longer her name. Like tales of old Faery trickery, her name was stolen by one. It was no longer hers. Even the house she lived in didnt feel like her own. The Toothshroom was tainted no longer by skulk, but by memories. Memories of the person everyone wanted back
"The "Tooth" part in her name felt so forgien to her, she began prefering just "Fae" over anything. She feels incredibly overwhelmed by her situation. She knows there are people who care for her, but not the "her" she is. Fae wishes to oneday return to her home realm and find who she is again. To forget her past and make a name of her own.
