Non-magical-  He doesn't hate them but will never understand anyone that wont take up  a contract. They refused fate and will suffer for it. Though those that  gain magic without making a wish do amuse him.
Not knowing- lack of knowing something is what caused him to make his wish.

Backstory:
Clover  was born Meyer Singh-Xiang though that name is long since dead. He was  born to a Indian mother and a Chinese American father. Both were loving  in their own weird ways and Clover loved his life. Well till things went  down hill when he was 8. His father did something that caused his  parents to fight all the time though they never told him what it was.  Sadly about a year later his parents split and then his mother and him  got pulled into a witch. His mother died that day and the veil of the  world was lifted. The magi took him back to the sanctuary not really  sure what to do with the shocked little kid. After a few days they took  him to a hospital and left him there. After a while his father finally  showed back up but the man was nothing like his father. He was jaded and  clearly wanted nothing to do with the boy. Much like his mother his  father was killed by a witch but this time Clover didn't watch it.  Clover lived on the streets for a year in fear and made his wish at 10.  The world opened up to him in way he never knew and that day he was no  longer Meyer Singh-Xiang but just Clover.

As he got older the  better he got at understanding what he saw and how to keep power over  magi around him. Fate was an unknown and a fear for magi and he gave  them something of comfort in removing that unknown. Well as long as he  deamed you worthy of learning what he had to offer. He became leader and  started to make the system that became known as Seaford. Those he  deemed worthy got the most info and power and those that he saw were not  worth his time were outsiders.

Clover  sees visions of the future thought many are never set in stone and  shift there are always things that are a constant for him in these  visions.

High point    Active    High ground    1d10+half  stat    Stamina    A magi leaps up high up in the air and lands on an  existing point on in the labyrinth if none a magic platform will appear  under them. This lasts for 4 rounds and has a cool off of two rounds.  Can not take a magi up with them.

Head shot    Active    Base     2d6    Special    A hit that's right in the head of your opponent, you  get advantage on this attack so roll two d20s to attack. Will stun them  for two rounds if a nat 20 its an insta kill on anything but a witch.

Shield  Piercer    Active    base    1d4    Attack    A move that can go  through or even around shields. A magi rolls to hit as normal. After  hitting and rolling 1d4 damage, the magi can choose to do double that to  the opponents shield or roll another d20 (without stats) to beat the  magi's base defense. If its beaten, then, instead of hitting the shield,  do the original 1d4 of damage directly to the opponent. If the defense  is not beaten, its as if the magi never rolled the second d20. Against a  shield-less opponent, its a regular 1d4 attack.
