SMT IV werewolf oc :) if u are not familiar with smt iv then a lot of the following may be uhhhh completely lost on u

Riley came from a Casualry family of shepherds and had zero expectations of actually becoming a Samurai when the gauntlet rite rolled around, but then was chosen to become a Samurai regardless. Whilst still operating in Mikado they kept in touch with their mother at home through letters, but were unable to keep that up so much once being sent down to Tokyo. They were an only child who never knew their father.

Joining the ranks of the Samurai at the same time as the main cast, Riley joins Flynn, Isabeau, Walter and Jonathon throughout the events of SMT IV, and during their time in Tokyo began to notice they were gradually changing and becoming less human in appearance. Having seen humans become demons in Kiccigiorgi and Shinjuku, they grew concerned as they developed fangs and claws, their eyes became more canid, with fur developing. Already quiet and reserved, they withdrew further, fearful that they would be seen as a demon and killed. As these changes began to occur, they confided in Isabeau while still able to hide them, with the rest of the party finding out during the encounter with Lilith at Tsugiji Hongwanji. As the changes became more obviously apparent, word reached the monastery in Mikado and their fears were realised as a quest was put out to the Samurai to kill them, the monastery seeing a demon with knowledge of Mikado as an elevated threat. This leads to Riley fleeing from the main cast and discarding their gauntlet, going into hiding. 

After the route split, Isabeau finds Riley while looking for Flynn, and convinces them to join her. Harrowed by their time in hiding, they have grown incredibly anxious and paranoid, and rely heavily on Isabeau's encouragement before going near any populated areas. They are able to regain some trust from their fellow Samurai, both as some are already disillusioned with the behaviour of the monastery and as while they were in hiding, they refused to harm any Samurai who did attempt to go after them, fleeing where possible and, if forced to fight, sparing those they defeated and ensuring they returned to an underground district safely afterwards. Once Isabeau and Riley find Flynn, the plotline continues following the events of the neutral path, with Riley gradually growing more trustful of Flynn again as well. After Merkabah's defeat, while Isabeau goes to evacuate the people of Mikado, Riley remains with Flynn, fearful both of people's reactions to their appearance and that the evacuation would be a more difficult task if they were seen as untrustworthy or dangerous. 

something something breaking point they're only sort of wolfish until Thing Happens and they turn into Big Beast Wolf Form. after that when they turn back they're still a lot more wolf and have a dissociative episode oopsy. but then they can go between Big Werewolf and Wolfperson at will. and also now they are permanently wolfperson they also struggle with the fact that people aren't good at reading them bc they went from someone whose emotions always showed on their face to no longer having human facial features and not displaying emotions in ways that people are familiar with. also they can't cry which sucks ass when it coincides with the most stressful time of ur life! anyway suddenly all the people they're closest with just don't pick up on how they're feeling nearly as well </3

they are very good at magic :) stat distribution thats like 60% magic 35% speed 5% the rest. so even as werewolf they aren't very strong physically and their claws n fangs are not super sharp. but they can channel their magic through them. Riley used Thunder Fang!
