If you were gifted a design by me, you may only sell if if you've bought or created art for it.
If you traded art or another character for a design by me, you may only trade for another design or give it away for free.
If you purchased a design by me, you may; resell it for as much as you paid, resell for as much as you paid with added art worth and trade or give it for free.
