Percy is an anxious librarian that lives in a giant rocky underground city and manages the city's library, a grand place filled with as many books as one could imagine.

Percy tends to try and avoid talking to others, pushing the customer service and social requirements of the library to his assitants, freezing up when he tries to talk to others. He cannot seem to manage talking to others and much prefers to lock himself away in the library and read.

The only person Percy truly is able to talk to is Woop, a small child that stumbled into his library one day without a home or parents. Percy took him in, taking care of the boy as if he were his son.
