Delta is an astrologer and a "Secrets Keeper", which is a title given only to those who were accepted in a highly privileged and closed circle of students of science and magic ย in Dolphin's society. While Delta doesn't posseses the ability to use magic, he still passed the trials of knowledge, thus making him a highly educated individual.
Sharing 'the secrets' outside the circle is forbidden by his society, especially with species outside cetaceans, but that doesn't stop Delta from having a secret ย small group of students of different species, ย or even anyone who politely asks.ย
