By owning or purchasing a design from me, you have agreed to all my terms of service.

These terms can be updated anytime.

> I have the right to refuse to work with you if I believe I can't do the Design/Art or I am not comfortable with It.

> Don't trace/steal/claim any of my art/designs.

> Credit me for design/art (Kai_sshy on TH).

> All my adoptables and commissions are for personal use only. You may not use my art or design for commercial purposes, unless you have permission from me.

> I am authorized to use the art/designs I have created to show them as future examples.

> Maximum hold time is 1 week.

> Payment is only via PayPal.

> I always ask for proof of payment to verify the transfer.

> No refunds!

> General TAT is 2 weeks up to 1 month. If I need to extend the deadline for any reason, I'll remind you as soon as possible.

> We can chat via Discord, Instagram or TH to discuss details of any work.

> Only changes during the sketching phase, after that any changes won't be possible.

> The art can be sent via Gmail or Toy House.

> Payment is made upfront for any artwork unless I state.

> You can cancel the commission if the sketch hasn't started. I'll fully refund in case you have already paid.

> You can change the design of my adopts as you want, but they should still be recognizable (don't change them completely).

> Don't resell my adopts/designs for more than their original price unless they have any extra commissioned artwork (then you would add the comm price + their og value).

> If you get any of my adopts/designs for anything that is not $ currency, you may not sell it for $, unless it has extra commissioned artwork.

> Payment must be sent 24 hours after claiming the adopt, otherwise it'll be open again.

> Please do not back out if you've made a bid. Only consider if you really are capable of bidding.

> It's strictly prohibited to delete their th profile for any reason.
