Orchidpelt

Orchidpelt is a grey pointed molly with brown eyes.

Her prefix was given to her as she was a frail and delicate kitten. Her suffix refers to her fur being light coloured, like a white orchid.

She is a quiet, reliable cat who is clever and cunning.

Orchidkit was born to Sagecloud and an unknown father. She was born exceptionally frail due to local prey being poisoned by Twolegs, resulting in sickness and starvation in the clan. Due to the clan's diligence, Orchidkit was one of the few surviving kits of the season.

A lot of pressure was put onto Orchidpaw when she became an apprentice due to the lack of apprentices - a lot of the future of the clan rested on her shoulders. Knowing this, she and her fellow apprentice Fallenpaw matured quickly, becoming perfect follows that rarely question orders.

Given she had lost her uniqueness, she was given a simple warrior name, and Orchidpelt continued to be a reliable a diligent warrior, given Fallenspring's daughter, Dovegaze, as an apprentice. She was very close to her mother, and was very proud of her being chosen for deputy, but was shocked to have been chosen herself when Halfstar suddenly died. Many clanmates expressed disastifaction with this, believing she was chosen only because she was related and would do whatever her mother ordered.
